Title:  Evaluation Framework for Sustainable Renewables Development in Fujian
Abstract:

The energy conditions are moving towards decarbonization, and renewable energy plays a major role in promoting innovation and strengthening energy security. The Fujian Province is required to produce renewable energy because of its increasing consumption rates and the urgent need to improve environmental sustainability. The daunting obstacle, however, is the high initial investment prices and several confusing uncertainties related to various energy sources. Our work offers a novel solution to this problem by combining social, economic, environmental, and geological data into a complete model. This model provides a sophisticated understanding of the complex factors involved in sustainable development by comprehensively assessing the feasibility of different renewable energy sources in the GBA. The use of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), which provides a strong analytical framework for weighing the evaluation criteria, is a crucial component of our technique. Our results highlight the complexity of choosing the best course of action and the need to support these choices with quantitative studies. Our findings provide decision-makers vital insights into the complexities of renewable energy development, allowing them to create better policies and our evaluation helps steer Fujian towards a sustainable energy future.
