Dr. Alina Steblyanskya, PhD, Associate professor, School of Economics and Management, Harbin Engineering University (China, Harbin). Her research interests concerns environmental economics, sustainable financial growth, green environmental finance, green technology management, complex economics, energy efficiency and technology entrepreneurship.  She is a member of the Systems Economics Association, member of the Committee on Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the China Society of Technology and Economics, member of China Logistics Society and Member of the Board of Directors of Harbin Russian-China Relationship Research Center. She has published more than 50 academic papers in such journals as “PLOS ONE”, “Energy Strategy Reviews”, “Sustainability”, “Energies”, “Environmental and Sustainability Indicators”, etc. She is a member of the editorial board of the “BRICS Economic Journal”, “Finance: Theory and Practice”, “Foresight and STI Government”.  She is head of the two China’ Ministry of Science and Technology high level experts projects and head of the Fundamental Research Project from the Central Chinese Universities. She is participated in the five China national-level projects as a key member.
